   Conditions:-

• The rate is inclusive of stay for 02 Children below the age of 12 in the same room with Breakfats, Lunch & Dinner.

• Extra adult in the room will be charged Rs 3,600/- per night inclusive of extra bed, breakfast, lunch & Dinner

• Maximum of 3 adult in each room or maximum of 02 adults and 02 children below the age of 12 in each room.

• Ala-carte and children’s menu will be charged separately.

• Black out periods may apply and rates are subject to change (at all periods) based on the discretion of the management without prior intimation to any party.

• All reservations have to be confirmed within 24 hrs. Of booking by either a full cash deposit or a demand draft payable in goa or guaranteed by a credit card authorization- American Express, Mastered Card and Visa card are accepted.

• Reservations without guarantee will be cancelled with out prior notice

• In the event of cancellation with in 14- 7 days of check in – 50% of the package amount will be charged as retention.

• For cancellation with in 7 days of check in& no show 100% of the package amount will be charged as retention.
